Communications Management
Effective communications plan. Accurate, timely & effective progress reporting to the client monitoring of the communication network between project staff, the client and third parties.
Risk Management:

Design Management:

Contracts Management: procurement and contracts startegy. invitation to tender packages review bids review compliance of contractors to the contract requirements. expedite procurement process to ensure goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.
